I am passionate about helping clients develop consistent practices centered in healthy alignment, core work, and sensory awareness so that they can manage symptoms and maintain desired levels of fitness and daily activity. I have personal experience navigating the challenge and frustration of postpartum recoverY, surgery recovery, pandemic and chronic stress recovery, as well as the unpredictable changes of aging. I aim to create a safe, inclusive, compassionate and soulful container in my classes and one-on-one sessions to provide the best possible outcomes for my clients.
