I have spent almost two decades studying and sharing my passion for the creative arts, movement, food and wellness. I have worked in yoga and movement studios, for arts non-profits, and for Tomatero organic farm operating farm stands at local and regional farmer’s markets and driving huge produce trucks. I hold certifications in yoga from Samadhi Yoga in Seattle, Forrest Yoga through Yoga Tree in San Francisco, and completed Innercore Pilates Mat & Machine training through Innerstellar Pilates & Yoga in Berkeley. I also hold a nutritional coaching certificate through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. I am in my final year of mentorship in the Life/Art Process at the Tamalpa Institute towards becoming a registered expressive arts therapist (REAT). When not learning and teaching I care for my two spirited kids, attempt to find time and counter space to cook nutritious meals, and hang out with my husband and our rescue pitbull. In summer of 2022 I returned to my native Seattle and the Pacific Northwest after 15 years in San Francisco, Oakland, and the Bay Area.
